Warehouse Skills Program
The Warehouse Skills Program is a hands-on skill-building program for NDIS participants who are interested in exploring work in a warehouse, packing, stock, logistics, or food distribution environment.
Delivered in partnership with Next Gen Foods, this program gives participants the opportunity to experience a real warehouse environment while being supported by the HappinessFirst team.
Participants will be supported to explore their current skills, build new workplace capabilities, and understand what it means to work safely and confidently in a structured warehouse setting.
