Counselling @ HappinessFirst

HappinessFirst counselling services are currently available on the Mornington Peninsula, with new offices opening around Victoria by the end of October 2020. We provide on-site sessions too, so one of our counsellors can visit your home or workplace.  And don’t forget, we are also able to conduct sessions over the phone, via Skype or Facetime.

Counselling is an opportunity for you to meet with a professional counsellor to talk about issues and problems that are causing you concern, stress or even worry.

Counsellors can assist you by providing coping strategies to deal with difficult situations or problems.

HappinessFirst counselling is a safe and confidential space to explore present circumstances, past issues or concerns about the future that are impacting your life.

Individual Counselling

Private one-on-one counselling appointments are available to individuals, including children from the age of 5 years, teenagers and adults.  Counselling sessions can be accessed face-to-face, by phone, Skype or Face-time.

Sessions generally run for 50 minutes unless prior agreements are made.  Sessions are available weekly or fortnightly.

Counselling is confidential and non-judgmental, with the goal to support you to find a clear pathway to move forward and achieve set goals.

Our counsellors can help you with:

  • managing stress, anxiety, depression, change of life
  • family, blended family and relationship issues
  • domestic violence and abuse
  • employment issues and career goals
  • social and emotional difficulties related to disability and illness
