How to make a complaint, compliment, general comment or suggestion

If you are not satisfied with our service, wish to provide a compliment, comment or suggestion please contact us. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

You can provide feedback using any of the following methods:

  • Complete our Feedback Form. A Feedback form can be requested from our reception staff.

Please contact the NDIA if:

  • your complaint is about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) itself
  • your complaint is about a decision made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

Disability Support Worker Role Description 

Job Type: Casual or part-time employment (based on your availably & chosen locations )

Pay Rates:  Above Award rate based on level + super

Shift Times: Day, Afternoons, Night, Weekends (and/or based on your availability)

Your duties will include:

  • Daily living support
  • Domestic duties such as vacuuming, laundry and general cleaning
  • Supporting people to access the community
  • Behavioural support, including managing challenging behaviours and behaviours of concern.
  • Supporting people to achieve their individual goals in line with their person-centred support plan.

What we require:

  • Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification* and/or equivalent experience;
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid training
  • Current CPR training
  • International police check (if applicable)
  • Two relevant, professional and industry related reference checks.
  • Access to a car, insurance and drivers license
  • A positive, reliable, empathetic and proactive approach to supporting people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability;
